After much reflection, today November 19, will mark the end of disrupt22. It’s a decision that feels difficult, but also one I know is the right step forward—for me, for the team, and for the future.
Running this company has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life— it has been an amazing opportunity to learn, to build, to teach, to lead and I’ve had the privilege of doing so alongside some incredible people.
To my team and friends: your, dedication, and support through everything have been nothing short of inspiring. Even in the hardest moments, you believed in me and disrupt. I can’t thank you enough for that and I’ll carry those memories with me. We were a small company with big dreams, we gave this vision our all, and I look back and I'm proud of what we accomplished.
While this chapter is closing, I’m walking away from it with much gratitude. Gratitude for the lessons, the challenges, for the big wins and the failures. it’s the end of a chapter in a much bigger story. I’m excited for the future and where it leads.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—clients, team members, friends, and supporters. You’ve all made this experience unforgettable.
With gratitude,
Joel
